Casa Sola is a large, renovated property in the Languedoc Roussillon region of the south of France.

It is split over three levels: the apartment, with separate and private entrance on the lower floor, and the villa on the second and third levels.

The bright and cosy apartment can be rented by up to 2 adults year-round. The villa, a spacious and airy house, is perfect for families or groups and is available for rent on request; it sleeps up to 9 guests.

Both properties have use of swimming pools and a large outdoor area, with terraces and balconies spread over a number of levels overlooking the incredible mountains and valleys of the Pyrénées-Orientale department.

Overview

The apartment has its own private entrance, separate from the main villa. The property sleeps up to 2 adults; a double bedroom with a zip/link bed that can be 2 single beds or a super king size bed, depending on your needs, and a large, comfortable sofa bed in the lounge. Its modern, large, open-plan kitchen and living area is spacious, bright and fitted with all the essentials, and more, to make your stay comfortable. There is one shower room.

French doors open from the living area to the apartment’s own large, private terrace – a perfect sun trap for relaxing or spending an evening dining outside.

Pool

Apartment guests can use the lower terrace pool during the spring, summer and autumn months (usually May -October).

** Please note we cannot be held responsible for reimbursing guests should the Government and/or local laws forbid the use of water for pool maintenance therefore forcing the closure of the advertised swimming pool **

The unheated pool is irregular shape (see photos above) and at its widest points is 5mx3m with a maximum depth of 1m. It is stepped and perfect for small children to play in while under adult supervision, or to cool off in during the many warm, sunny days at Casa Sola.

Discounts

We offer a 5 per cent discount to all bookings of three or more weeks, perfect for those taking the “cures” in Amélie-les-Bains.

Disabled Access

Casa Sola Apartment is only accessible by a flight of stairs and is therefore unsuitable for those with limited mobility (please check with us if you have any questions about suitability).

Transport

It is essential for guests to have their own transport.
