Please be assured that COVID-19 cleaning and sanitisation of the property is undertaken before and after guests arrive.
Additionally we will also no longer ‘meet and greet’ guests, access to the property will be via keys left in the key safe but please be assured we will still be available for guests should you need us. We respectfully ask that guests observe social distancing during any interactions.

Enjoying more than 300 days of the Mediterranean sun each year, Casa Sola is located just outside the small, rural and historic village of Arles-sur-Tech and is a 45 minute drive from Perpignan and the Mediterranean Sea, and only 25 minutes from the Spanish border.
Casa Sola enjoys spectacular panoramic views from its terraces and mountain garden. It is an ideal location if you want to relax, but perfect for those who want to get out and about on foot, bike, motorcycle or car.

The Apartment
The apartment has its own private entrance, separate from the main villa. The property sleeps up to 2 adults plus one infant (0-2 years), with a double bedroom and a comfortable, large sofa bed.

PLEASE NOTE: Casa Sola requires the names and addresses of all guests who stay. This is in line with the local tourism policy here in France.
The Villa
The villa has five bedrooms: three double rooms, a twin room and a single room. There are three bathrooms (one of which is an en-suite), a large, open-plan, newly-installed kitchen and dining area, lounge, second lounge area, and a wrap-around balcony.
